CUSTOMER PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The
Promoter
The promoter is CPS Construction Ltd trading as Illumination Fireworks Shop
(Company Number: 13514486), registered at 1 Tirpenry Street, Morriston,
Swansea, SA6 8EB.

Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open strictly to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18
or over.
2.2. Due to the nature of the Promoter’s business, all participants must meet
the UK legal age requirements to purchase fireworks (18+).
2.3. Employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally
connected with the draw are excluded from entering.
2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity
before awarding any prize.
3. How to
Enter
3.1. The opening date for entries is 13th September 2026. The closing date is
23:59 on 1st November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be
accepted.
3.2. Entry routes are as follows: - Online
Orders: Customers who place an order on our
website during the promotional period will be automatically entered into
the draw using the contact details provided at checkout.
- In-Store
Purchases: Customers who make a purchase at our
physical shop can enter by filling out an entry form in-store with their
contact details at the time of purchase.
- Free
Entry Route: To enter for free without making a
purchase, send your full legal name, home address, telephone number, and
email address on a postcard or letter via standard post to: 1 Tirpenry
Street, Morriston, Swansea, SA6 8EB, marked "Free £1,000 Prize Draw Entry".
Postal entries must arrive before the closing date.

into the same pool and have an equal chance of winning.

4. The
Prize
4.1. The prize is £1,000 cash, which will be awarded via secure bank transfer
to the winner.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no fees apply to
claim it.
5. Winner
Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid online, in-store, and
free postal entries within 7 days of the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the
time of entry within 14 days of the draw.
5.3. If a winner does not respond to claim the prize within 30 days of
notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and select
an alternative winner.
5.4. The surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who
writes to the Promoter requesting the details within 30 days of the closing
date. If you object to your details being shared, please contact us. The
Promoter must still provide this data to the Advertising Standards Authority
(ASA) if legally required.
6. Data
Protection
Any personal data collected during this promotion will be processed strictly in
accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, and will only be
used to administer this draw.
7. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw in
the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its control. This draw is
governed by the laws of England and Wales.
