Collection
from our warehouse in Swansea is free of charge. Collection can be arranged by
calling customer service on 077136 88807, quoting your order number.
Please note that you must collect your order between 9am and 5pm Monday to
Friday and must be collected by someone above the age of 18. For the Bonfire night and New Year we will be open at weekends.
DELIVERY POLICY
When the delivery arrives, please check this against your delivery note/order to ensure you have received the correct items.
NOTES:
Please note that there must be someone above the age of 18 to sign for
the fireworks, if you are not there then the courier will leave a calling card
to inform you how to rearrange your delivery. Please make ensure that
someone will be there on the delivery day. For every attempted delivery made, we
will be charged and we reserve the right to pass on this charge to you.
We ship
to any address in Wales
Items ordered through us are shipped directly to your door.
We will always inform you with tracking No. by e-mail as soon as your
order has been shipped out.
A full postal address is required for delivery.
Most orders will take approximately 7 working days.
Delivery time does not include processing time.
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except bank
holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, while
orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
We dispatch orders by the pallet, this will be wrapped and covered on top.
If there are any signs of damage to the wrapping, contents or pallet itself,
please notify us immediately on 077136 88807 and note this on the delivery
manifest.
All consignments must be checked and signed for by someone aged 18 or
over, failed deliveries may incur charges.
We accept no responsibility for items reported missing when signed for in full
as proof will be provided by the courier.
To avoid delivery charges, collection in person is an option. This can be
arranged by ticking the relevant option on the order confirmation.

BONFIRE NIGHT. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS DATE MAY NOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME.
